This show home flat was already beautifully furnished with all the baseline furniture  in place when we visited. We were asked to make the living area feel more lived in, more personable, while still appealing to the average two bed buyer.

Here we grounded the zones with textured rugs, we hung artwork from a local artist and we added plenty of plants and natural stems. We used diffusers and, of course, scented candles to add subtle aromas that would hopefully  stimulate buyers senses in ways that will make them want to kick back, relax and make that home theirs.
