Creating a sanctuary

The focus point of the room has to be the super king bed that features an intricate headboard made of six individual one foot panels. Shipped over from Thailand it is secured to the wall and offers the most dramatic backdrop for the room. Oversized, ceiling hung, wicker bedside lights frame the bed and hidden switches  behind bedside cabinets mean no getting out of bed to turn the lights off.

Natural Porcelanosa tiles, with an almost wood-like finish, sit strikingly alongside the more subtle floor to ceiling Microcement finish in this en-suite. The high impact opal disk wall lights diffuse a warm illuminating glow - and contrast beautifully with the glamorous accents of brushed gold metals.

Neutral bed linen, wicker accents and soothing greenery highlight the gentle, calming environment of this bedroom. 

To make the most of this loft conversion we designed the bedroom with full height walls but sectioned off a wardrobe area that would house the  awkward, slanted walls common with roof conversions. Custom made shelving and open rails in the dressing room ensure that every inch of space is optimised for storage, hanging space and shelving. This little domain encourages the bedroom to stay neat and tidy keeping all clothing and general mess out of sight - the key for uncluttered bedroom living.
