Step Two
Personal Consultation
Our meeting is an invaluable opportunity for us to connect and understand your vision for your space. This session typically lasts between one and two hours.
During this time, we will take measurements, capture photos and even record videos for future reference.
We will discuss your existing furniture, colour schemes, room layouts, and, of course, your budget.
To make the most of our meeting, we encourage you to have to hand any inspirational digital images that resonate with your desired aesthetic.
The meeting also provides you with an ideal opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Step Three
Custom Design Creation
After our initial meeting, we will begin the creative process. This involves developing personalised mood boards, curating furniture options and creating a comprehensive retail shopping list. If necessary, we can also provide a tailored floor plan to assist you in arranging your final pieces at home.
The creation process typically takes up to 3 weeks. As part of our service, we offer one round of small revisions (maximum 3 items changed) to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final design package.
Additionally, if you require fabric or fixture samples, we will source and deliver them to you.

Step Four
Implementation
Once you have received your Room Design pack and shopping list, it's time for you to bring your vision to life. Our provided materials will be presented in an easy-to-read format with convenient shoppable links, simplifying the purchasing process for you. We will also provide you with a list of trade discount codes, if applicable to your order.

Step Five
Ongoing Support
We believe in providing excellent customer service even after the design process is complete. For a period of four weeks following the delivery of your final design package, we will be available to address any questions or concerns you may have. If you require assistance with managing the ordering, delivery, and setup of your items, we offer this additional service at a rate of £95 per hour.

You dictate the budget from day one and we work within it. Whether this is £1000 or £50,000 we will always design with your personal budget in mind.

50% of your chosen Room Design fee is due before our first consultation meeting and the remaining 50% is due within 7 days of receiving your Room Design pack from us.
Hourly rates will be calculated and invoiced weekly.
Payment should be made by BACS transfer.
